Who we are

Truckfillers is a sole-proprietorship lead-generation service for HVAC service companies in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit truckfillers.com, submit a form, book a call with us, or interact with one of our HVAC client funnels powered by Truckfillers technology.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone number, ZIP code, the service issue you describe, and any messages you send to our chatbot or contact forms.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and basic analytics event data.
Information from third parties: advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Lead Ads), Cal.com booking events, and business-data providers used for outbound outreach.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and book appointments with our HVAC partners.
To send transactional SMS and email — appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups — for service requests you initiate.
To improve our website, funnels, and conversational AI.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.

SMS communications

When you submit a form on a Truckfillers-powered funnel, you consent to receive text messages from Truckfillers (and the HVAC service company you contacted) related to your service request, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We will never sell or rent your phone number, and we never share it with parties unrelated to your service request.

How we share information

We share information only with: (a) the HVAC service company you submitted a request to, so they can serve you; (b) our infrastructure vendors (e.g., Twilio for SMS, Resend for email, Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting, Cal.com for booking) under data-processing terms; (c) when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We use first-party analytics cookies to understand site usage. Some client-facing funnels include the Meta Pixel for advertising-effectiveness measurement; the pixel only fires on those funnels, not on truckfillers.com. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices and rights

Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message.
Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email footer.
Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@truckfillers.com. We respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain lead and message data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations. Inactive lead records are deleted or anonymized after 24 months unless an active customer relationship exists.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS for data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users in the event of a material breach.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
